We FINALLY have pictures from our 3rd Annual Spring Luncheon: Faith Runs Deep. It was a great success and lots of fun! Luncheon and Good Search

The luncheon was last Wednesday and it was a huge success! Gilbert Tuhabonye gave an amazing speech and everyone there seemed to enjoy themselves. I was in charge of the raffle baskets and we raised nearly $1500! Hopefully, I will be able to get some pictures up here soon.

Raffle Basket

Currently, we are sending out flyers for the luncheon to all the local parishes. We are also trying to gather products for the raffle baskets that will be auctioned off at the luncheon. So far, we have RunTex donations some items, possibly Austin Deep (massage) and waiting on a restaurant, Austins Pizza, and a few other places. :) Any ideas would be great!

Also, our Spring Luncheon will be held on April 22, 2009 this year at the Hilton Hotel downtown. We have are proud to announce keynote speaker Gilbert Tuhaboyne. Gilbert is an inspiration to many since he escaped one of the most horrific massacres in Burundi, Africa during the Tutsi-Hutu war. Now, he is a resident of Austin, TX, founder of the Gazelle Foundation, award winning coach of Gilbert's Gazelles, and proud father of two and husband. We hope you can make it out!
